Our return policy is
simple. Our work comes with a limited warranty. If you are not satisfied with
your piece we will repaint, or repair your work if possible. If this cannot be
done we will create another piece. There are no refunds on any order that is
custom made. If you have purchased a product and there are errors in spelling
in your order or any other error you will be responsible for purchasing another
piece. Customer service is our number 1 value and we take great pride in
satisfying our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any
reason, just contact us by phone or email to get a return on track and return
your item within 30 days of delivery to you. We will refund your full purchase
price of the item (Not custom made). If you wish to return your item after 30
days, a merchandise credit will be issued. The item must be returned in the
original packaging and cannot appear used or be damaged or abused in any way in
order to receive a full refund. Shipping and handling are not refundable. Items
must be returned by a prepaid/insured traceable source, such as, FedEx, UPS or
USPS Priority Mail. We are unable to accept returns after 60 days. All custom
items are final sale. I.e. Helmet Shields, Imprinted or Embroidered Items etc.
To Return Items:
1. Send the item in its
original packaging.
2. Pack the item
carefully so that it will not be damaged during the return
shipping process.
Include a copy of your invoice and the Reference #.
3. Use a secure shipping
method to send the item so that it can be tracked. We are not responsible for
items lost during shipping, and cannot process your return until the item is
received back at our return center.
