We don’t overcomplicate things. If something’s wrong, we’ll make it right—simple as that. But we’re a fireman-run small business, not some big box return mill. We take pride in our work, and we expect our customers to take pride in theirs.


Our Warranty Promise

All of our work comes with a limited warranty.
If your gear isn’t up to par, we’ll repaint, repair, or if needed, replace it. But custom orders? Final sale. No refunds.

We put time, sweat, and craftsmanship into every piece. If the mistake is on us—we’ll fix it. If the mistake’s in your order (misspellings, wrong info, etc.)—you’ll need to purchase a replacement.
Double-check your order before you hit submit.


If You Broke It on the Job...

That’s the risk of the work. If your gear gets smoked, torn, or melted because you (or your probie) dragged it through hell without thinking twice, that’s on you.
Fireground damage isn’t covered.
We build tough, but nothing’s indestructible.


Returns for Non-Custom Items

Not stoked on your purchase (and it’s not custom)? Here’s what to do:

  • Return within 30 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • You’ll receive a full refund (minus shipping)

  • After 30 days: store credit only

  • After 60 days: we can’t take it back

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Custom Gear = Final Sale

No returns on:

  • Custom Helmet Shields

  • Engraved / Imprinted / Embroidered Items

  • Personalized Leather Pieces

  • Anything made just for you


Return Instructions

  1. Pack the item in its original packaging

  2. Include a copy of your invoice + Reference #

  3. Ship via trackable, insured service (FedEx, UPS, USPS Priority)
    We’re not responsible for lost returns.

              To Return Items:

1. Send the item in its original packaging.

2. Pack the item carefully so that it will not be damaged during the return

shipping process. Include a copy of your invoice and the Reference #.

3. Use a secure shipping method to send the item so that it can be tracked. We are not responsible for items lost during shipping, and cannot process your return until the item is received back at our return center.
