We take pride in making handcrafted leather products. Due to the handmade nature of our items, variations in color, stitching, and finish are expected. These are not defects—they’re character.
Custom orders are built based on the information provided by the customer. J&R Leatherworks is not responsible for errors in spelling, sizing, or details submitted incorrectly during the ordering process.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed are in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
5. Returns & Warranty
Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information. Custom items are final sale. Non-custom items may be returned under specific conditions. J&R Leatherworks stands behind its craftsmanship and offers a limited warranty on build quality.
